Bad customer serviceI purchased PWR power bank through their website. It never worked. I tried to contact them to exchange, but their listed 1-888 number never had anyone to answer the phone. I called them for 3 days, no answer! I also filled out their communication form on their website, no reply. I strongly suggest that do not purchase anything directly from their website.
